  • Orders: Requests by You to purchase Goods from Us.

  • You: The individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service.

Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 2 days. The deadline for cancelling an Order is 3 days from the date of purchase.

To exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by contacting us through:

We will reimburse You no later than 7 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods.

Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The Goods were purchased within the last 3 days.
  • The Goods are unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags must not be removed or damaged.
  • A video of the package opening must be provided as proof for safety reasons.
  • The Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • Sale/discounted items.
  • Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Goods which deteriorate rapidly.
  • Goods which are inseparably mixed with other items.

Exchanges

You may exchange Goods within 3 days of purchase with the original sales receipt if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, or received in the wrong size/color.
  • Exchange is applicable one time only.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. Please send the Goods to:
