  • If your address or details are incomplete or incorrect, we will attempt to contact you up to three times. If no response is received, your order will be considered cancelled.
  • All orders are subject to product availability. In case an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Time

  • Orders are typically dispatched the next business day after confirmation.
  • Local deliveries are usually completed within 3–5 business days.
  • International deliveries generally take 15–20  business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
  • Please note that shipping timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of placing the order.
  • We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

International Shipping

  •  International shipping Fee to  major countries will be paid by customers.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated at 15–20 working days, depending on customs clearance and courier services.
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occur due to:

Address Modifications

  • Once an order has been placed, address modifications are not allowed.
  • This applies to both COD and prepaid orders.
